Hola! My name is Gisselle, the one behind this online beauty brand. I am a makeup enthusiast with a love for all things fashion, beauty, and culture!
Growing up, I always knew I wanted to have my own business. Although I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted to create, I knew I wanted to become an entrepreneur. As I got older and my passion for beauty and fashion continued to grow, I realized I wanted to create my own beauty brand. After a little over two years of hard work, dedication, and what honestly felt like a lifetime, I finally made that dream a reality and launched Gissmar Beauty® in 2020.
The goal of Gissmar Beauty® has always been to bring you high-quality, luxury products at an affordable price while enhancing your natural beauty and helping you feel more confident and unapologetically yourself. As a Latina, I noticed there wasn’t as much representation in the beauty industry as I would have liked. Gissmar Beauty was created out of a passion for cultural representation and a desire to proudly embrace my roots through my brand. That’s why “Belleza Con Cultura” — Beauty With Culture — became such an important part of who we are.
Creating Gissmar Beauty® has become a way for me to share everything I love — my culture, travel, creativity, and my passion for makeup. Each product has a unique name and meaningful inspiration behind it. After what felt like a lifetime building this brand, I’m beyond excited to continue sharing this journey with you.
